Stylish decoration, marble bath with separate tub and an outdoorshower are just a few of the suite’s special features. The terrace looks out onto the central courtyard with its massive tamarind tree on one side and the elegant spire of the pagoda of an ancient temple on the other.

Tamarind Village also boasts a selection of authentic Northern Thai dishes from original family recipes that have been handed down over generations. In addition to popular favorites such as 'nam prik noom' a green chili dipping sauce and 'gaeng hang lay' a mild pork and ginger curry, Ruen Tamarind also features less well known recipes, such as its signature 'Yum Sanut', a vegetable salad tossed in a tangy, chili dressing, ensuring diners always have something new to taste and discover when they visit. The restaurant's 'Top Ten Signature menu' offers a focused approach to dining at Ruen Tamarind with ten featured highlights; dishes drawn from the chef's own personal recipes and a number of the restaurant's most popular favorites!
