A pure Vegetarian restaurant, a FIRST in the Maldives, serving delightful vegetarian cuisine from the Mediterranean, Arabic, Indian regions along with a special menu specifically for Jain Cuisine. Open for Lunch & Dinner on a pre-booking basis, JUST VEG redefines contemporary non-meat cuisine by experimenting with original and surprising flavor combinations. It aims to elevate 100% meat-free cookery to a new high, which will delight the discerning palates of all tastes, whether it is a devout vegetarian or a committed carnivore!
Teppanyaki Grill
An authentic Teppanyaki experience! Guests share a table surrounding a large hot plate, where a theatrical chef whirl, twirl, juggle, flip & flame raw ingredients into a delectable dinner! Delectable set menus offer outstanding value; where diners can choose from a range of fresh meat or seafood along with soup, rice and vegetable preparations. Chilled or hot sake is a must on the side!
Teppanyaki Grill sits within The Pier Six over-water complex, is open for dinner across two seatings at 19:00 and 21:00 on a pre-booking basis, and is on a chargeable basis.
The Liquid
The main bar, with its large 50 meter pool overlooking the vast deep blue sea beyond; serves an array of exotic cocktails, premium alcohol, a wide selection of wines from world-over. The liquid hosts many theme nights, music and DJ nights and live performances throughout the year! Probably, the most favored location on the island, The Liquid also serve daytime snacks from 12:00 to 17:00 and fish and chips from 17:00 to 19:00. A perfect place to unwind, absorb & embrace the stress-free Maldivian environment!
The Spice
The restaurant serves a wide variety of quality world cuisine, buffet style including action stations & a grill with daily theme nights. The restaurant will serve all wines, spirits, and beer in addition to the cuisine and is open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner with service times of 07:00 to 10:30, 12:00 to 14:30 and 19:00 to 22:00.
The Sunset
A spacious bar with sandy floors and an Adults Only pool that overlooks the Sunset Side of the Island. During the day hosts spectacular views of the turquoise lagoon and the horizon beyond, while having a la carte lunch service from 12:00 to 17:00. In the evening from 19:00 to 22:00 (on a pre-booking basis), we feature fine dining experiences as our Specialty Restaurant serving specialty fusion cooking, and showcase the best of Asian & Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of exotic grilled meats at White Beach BBQ on Wednesdays (on a chargeable basis).
The Pier Six
A specialty seafood fine dining experience set over the water. Pier Six offers inspired seafood dishes, including delicacies like Tuna Tataki with Mango Salsa, Crab and Chives Dumplings, and local specials, such as the Banana Leaf Wrapped Steamed Reef Fish. The eclectic menu offers something for every palate. Choose from gluten-free and vegan options as well as delicious beef and chicken dishes. You can even order grills from the Japanese Teppanyaki menu. Dinner is from 19:00 to 22:00 on a pre-booking basis.
Lantern Bar
Experience glorious sunset hues and ease into the night in the lantern-lit ambience, watching stars appear in the night sky. Guests can savour flavourful vegetarian platters that reimagine iconic Asian dishes with an artistic flair. Picture spring rolls and kebabs, crostini and falafels, all served with handmade dips and sides. Complementing the dishes are a collection of ‘Elixirs’ – delicious mocktails prepared by an Ayurvedic specialist that not just woo the taste buds but also leave the body nourished and rejuvenated. Opening times are from 17:00 to 20:00, five days a week.
Ceylon Bliss
Ceylon Bliss is a hidden gem. A rustic wooden cabin under the shade of a large tree by the ocean, serving authentic Sri Lankan street food style light meals and beverages, from 17:00 to 21:00, five days a week. Choose one of the swings, and enjoy typical Sri Lankan street food while listening to the waves and watching the sunset.
